Shipping Information:

Orders are usually shipped the next business day after payment was received. Shipping method will be Canada Post or Fedex depending on the dimension and weight of the item.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We DO NOT accept RETURNS and REFUND unless we sent you the wrong item. Please make sure you are buying the right part that will fit your car. Orders can be cancelled if item hasn't been shipped.

Did you ship out my order? answer: We do shipping labels using paypal account, please check your account to see the tracking number with all shipping details. For Fedex shipments we upload tracking number to your paypal account as well.

What will i do if i received a broken item? answer: immediately email us and attach the pictures of the item. you can also call us to double check if we received your email.
